SaaS Operations Engineer

The Verato Operations Engineer will be responsible for managing Verato’s HW and SW infrastructure underlying our SaaS offering. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are available and performing at the expected SLAs, 24×7. The Operations Engineer will be at the forefront of technology while providing technical and operational support directly for Verato customers. Candidates must utilize their experience and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction. Ongoing duties will include:

  • Monitor that daily customer workloads are flowing successfully through Verato’s system.
  • Implement and stay abreast of industry best practices regarding Security, Configuration Management, Backup, Failover, Monitoring, Alerting, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
  • Identify aspects of the operation that can be automated and develop scripts to do so.
  • Act as the technical POC during customer onboarding and throughout their contract.
  • Design and implement reporting/Business Intelligence (BI) analytics.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and business partners to enable service delivery.

To fulfill the responsibilities of this position, the following is required:

  • BS in Information Technology or equivalent technical degree.
  • 2+ years working with a 24×7 SaaS environment.

Data Analyst

Verato is seeking a Data Analyst to join our fun and dynamic team! The Data Analyst will be a member of our Service Delivery organization. In this role, he/she will analyze and transform customers’ data before and after it is processed by Verato’s Identity Resolution services so that the technical requirements and business objectives of the project can be satisfied. Candidates must utilize a combination of technical, analytical, and domain expertise to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities of the Data Analyst include:

Information Security Manager

Information Security Manager

The Verato Information Security Manager (ISM) will be closely involved in all aspects of Verato’s Information Security program. The ISM will be responsible for securing the system infrastructure underlying our SaaS offering and our internal enterprise systems.

The Verato Information Security Manager is expected to collaborate closely with multiple teams throughout the organization:

  • Reporting to our Chief Technical Officer and collaborating closely with our Chief Privacy Officer to ensure that all ongoing operations, systems and data comply with our information security policies and are consistent with a best-of-breed Information Privacy and Security Program
  • With our development team to identify and define system security requirements to ensure that the system architecture and the software being developed is consistently designed with core security principles (reviewing software code and architecture on an ongoing basis for vulnerabilities)
  • With our customer delivery teams to ensure that customers are compliant with Verato’s security standards
  • With our operations team to ensure that the software is deployed and operated in a manner consistent with our security policies, and to lead troubleshooting for security infrastructure devices

The ISM will also participate in risk assessments for new projects and change requests, including the evaluation of vendors as required. The ISM will also play a key role in leading the technical response in the unlikely event of any information security incident.

In summary, this role is for a hands-on team player with the desire to be in the center of everything that is required to safeguard Verato’s systems and data, and for one who strives to cultivate a philosophy of continuous organizational improvement.

To fulfill the responsibilities of this position, the following is required:

  • BS or MS in Cybersecurity, Technology Management, C.S., or equivalent technical degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role (development, systems operations) with at least 3 years of exposure within in the Information Security field.

Given the size and elaborate nature of our environment, all creation and administration of our computing resources needs to be automated.
